Test it, charge it, or replace it — with numbers, not guesswork

About Car Battery Hub

Car Battery Hub exists because most battery advice starts after you’re already stranded. We cover the whole life of a car battery: how to test one before it fails, what charging actually does, what replacement really costs by vehicle, and how to read the group sizes, CCA ratings, and terminal layouts that decide whether a battery physically fits your car.

The site is produced by an editorial desk. Guides compare manufacturer instructions, vehicle documentation, fitment data, and other named references; they do not claim hands-on service work that was not documented. Where we quote a price or dimension, we say where it comes from and when it was checked.

We don’t sell batteries, and no manufacturer pays for placement. When a page mentions a brand, it’s because the number attached to it is useful.
